Each one of my programs is tailored for women and focuses on building a strong foundation.

 

After having my fourth baby I realized the key to women having a strong body is having a strong core foundation. I took time to build back my core and then worked my way to building a strong body. I didn't shy away from heavy weights. Women shouldn't shy away from heavy weights.

 

Every client has a training program that is created to meet their goals. The workouts include combination moves that work the whole body in every direction. Doing exercises like this improve mobility and increase strength while burning fat. This has proven to be the most effective way to getting women the results they want.

In October of 2023, after a stressful year due to some medical emergencies in my family, I found myself hitting rock bottom with my health. I was the heaviest I’d ever been, mobility was becoming painful, and I felt trapped in my body. My sister encouraged me to invest in my health by working with a personal trainer which is how I met Karlyn. Fast forward 7 months and I’ve lost 8 inches off my waist 4 inches off my hips and and 73 pounds! I have more energy, and I’m able to move around during the day without as much pain. Karlyn is patient, supportive and willing to meet you where you are. I appreciate her adapting workouts to my level of function while still challenging me to get stronger.
